The 2022 edition of the public lecture parades the theme: “Electronic Transmission of Poll Results: A veritable Measure at Strengthening Nigeria’s Electoral Process.
This year’s keynote note speaker is a former Governor of Bauchi State, His Excellency M A Abubakar, SAN. He was Governor from 2015 to 2019.
He was INEC National Electoral commissioner, Legal services (2003 – 2008).
