Recently the high court of FCT introduced a new rule known and described as (HIGH COURT OF FCT ABUJA CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018) with its unique quality introduction of order 24 and others .

Since its introduction , it has witnessed a mix feelings over the prize tag on the said potent weapon of every lawyer.
