The Court of Appeal in Abuja has slated Sunday November 19, 2023 for judgement into an appeal by the Plateau state governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging the election of Governor Caleb Mutfwang of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).

The Court made this known in its notice by one of its bailiff, Dalhatu Mansur on Saturday.

“Judgement notice, CA/J/EP/PL/GOV/52/2023, BTW:

Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, All Progressives Congress, and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),
Mutfwang Caleb Manasseh, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

“Take Notice: The above mentioned Appeal is fixed for Judgement On 19th November, 2023.

“By 12:00 noon
@ Court Of Appeal, Abuja,” it said.

Mr. Nentawe of the APC was declared runner-up in the March 2023 goovernorship election for Plateau state, as INEC declared Governor Mutfwang, as rye avoid winner of the Election.

However, Nentawe challenged the declaration and return of Mutfwang, at the election tribunal which had dismissed the petition.
