Daniel Kip has described Lawyers as change agent.

In a Goodwill statement titled  “Felicitation with the NBA Asaba Branch on her Law Week on Saturday”,  Mr. Kip said “The theme of the Law Week of the Asaba Branch of the NBA ;”Recalibrating the Nigerian Legal System for effective justice delivery” is a sensitive one and indeed thought provoking. There is no gainsaying that the Nigerian Legal System is deserving of a total overhaul.

I am sure the resource persons penned down to do justice to the various topics during plenary sessions were carefully chosen. I am therefore in no doubt that the Law Week was a success even before it commenced.

As lawyers we are change agents and will keep doing our part to better our society and entrench the rule of law.

I wish the leadership and members of the Asaba branch and of course all friends and colleagues participating in the event a fruitful experience.
