I wish to commend the Chairmen and Members of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Ikot Ekpene and Jalingo Branches for successfully hosting this year’s Branch Law Week.

Many Branches of the Bar Association has chosen to host their Law Week and both. Ikot Ekpene and Jalingo Branches were not left out.

I particularly commend the two Branches for choosing very apt themes that reflected the present state of our Country today.

It was therefore imperative that discussions were made by the Participants to dissect the way out of our predicament.

I commend the Chairmen of both Branches for taking the initiative to host the Law Week. I also commend the Members of NBA Ikot Ekpene and Jalingo for turning out en masse and contributing impressively to the advancement of knowledge.

I commend the Speakers and the Contributors at the event for finding time to share with our colleagues the necessary knowledge needed for the advancement of our profession.
