Immediate past General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association NBA, Mazi Afam Osigwe and his beautiful wife Barr. Ukamaka Osigwe was on 29th January 2017 honoured by the Anglican Church with the knighthood of the church. They were inducted into the Knighthood of St. Christopher at St. Mary’s Anglican Cathedral Uruagu Nnewi. The celebration was well attended by top political and legal personalities across the nation.

Mazi Osigwe who is hugely popular in legal circles for his bold and progressive initiatives as the General Secretary of  the Lawyers Association has by this honour adopted the title of “Sir” Afam Osigwe while Barr. Mrs Osigwe will now be addressed as “Lady” Osigwe.
