The House of Assembly Candidate for Ahaoda East Constituency 2, for the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Napoleon Ukalikpe has been kidnapped in Obelle community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of the state.

Report has it that Napoleon was kidnapped on his way to his polling unit on Saturday morning.

It was gathered that there was sporadic shooting, to disperse people.

A source from the victim’s family, Chima who confirmed the incident, said Ukalikpe was whisked away in the early hours of today and his whereabouts remain unknown.

“It was around 8am in the morning that he was kidnapped. So we are trying to make contact to see how he will be released but to no avail.”
