A new Legal Practitioners’ Disciplinary Committee Rule 2020 has been released.
The Rules are made pursuant to section 10(7) of the Legal Practitioners Act, 2004. It repeals the 2006 Rules.
The 2020 Rule which was signed by the Chief Justice of Nigerian, Justice T. I Muhammad, will revoke the Legal Practitioners’ Disciplinary Committee Rule 2006.
The rule has been gazetted.
