How Buhari’s anti-corruption Aide, Obono-Obla is frustrating Criminal investigation against him – Abuja NBA PRO
The Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Prosecution and Chairman of the Special Presidential committee on Assets Recovery, Mr Okoi Obono-Obla has been accused of using his office to frustrate Criminal investigation against him.
Mr Julius Atanawhemera Esq, an Abuja based lawyer and the Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association Abuja Branch accused Mr Obono-Obla of refusing to honor a police invitation to him.

In a chat with BarristerNG.com, Mr Atanawhemera accused Mr Obono-Obla of threatening his life and refusing to honor police invitation to him.
Mr Atanawhemera further accused the presidential aide of abusing his office by attempting to frustrate an ongoing police investigation through the office of Attorney-General of the Federation.
Documents made available to BarristerNG.com showed that Mr Obono-Obla was duly invited by the police to answer to the criminal complaints against him, an invitation Mr Atanawhemera alleged he has refused to honor.
Mr Atanawhemera also accused the presidential assistant of sponsoring frivolous allegations on the media against his person in an attempt to intimidate him from seeking for justice but vowed not to relent until Justice is served.
