Judges commence annual vacation in Rivers
The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi has announced the commencement of the annual vacation of the high court from Monday 1st of August to the 13th of September 2022.
Justice Chibuzor-Amadi in a statement said the vacation is pursuant to Order 45, rule 4D of the high court of Rivers State civil procedure rules.
The statement was signed by the Chief Registrar of the high court, David Ihua-Maduenyi.
The statement said during the period all judicial divisions of the court shall be closed and that only appointed vacation judges will be in court to attend to urgent matters.
