Mr Mohammed Tsav was today returned unopposed as the chairman elect of Nigerian Bar Association, Bwari Branch in a controversial election that nearly plunged the young Branch into crisis.

Mr. I O Peters who was Mr Tsav’s major opponent was earlier disqualified by the General Secretary of the NBA Isiaka Olagunju Esq, for non compliance with the Associations Bye Election.
A petition earlier written against the candidacy of Mr Tsav for non compliance with the Association’s Bye Law was not attended to by the General Secretary prompting many supporters of Mr Peters to alleged injustice and attempt to foist Mr Tsav on the Branch by the General Secretary.
Mr Tsav will be sworn in at the Branch’s AGM.
