Lagos Chief Judge Relocates Igbosere High Court to Ikeja & Tafawa Balewa Square
The Chief Judge of Lagos State, Hon. Justice Kazeem O. Alogba has approved the temporary Relocation of Offices In the High Court of Lagos State, Igbosere.
In a statement signed by the Chief Registrar, O.A. Okunuga, on Thursday, the relocation is a temporary one.
The statement reads “I have the directive of the Hon. Chief Judge of Lagos State, Hon. Justice Kazeem O. Alogba, to inform the General Public and all the Court Users that as a result of the aftermath of the EndSARS protest in the vandalization, looting and burning of the entire Court House of the Lagos High Court, Igbosere, major sections/ departments of the High Court have been temporarily relocated to Ikeja High Court and Tafawa Balewa Square (Annex of the Lagos High Court) as indicated below:
- LITIGATION SECTION: Tafawa Balewa Square (Annex) Lagos.
- DEPUTY SHERIFF SECTION: Rosaline Omotosho Court House, Ikeja
iii, PROBATE REGISTRY: Ikeja High Court by Polaris Bank building
iv, OFFICIAL RECEIVER: Tafawa Balewa Square (Annex) Lagos
