A group, Tinubu-Shettima Team Abuja, said it has perfected plans to hold a reception for the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his Vice-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima in Abuja on Saturday ahead of their inauguration on Monday.

The National Coordinator of the group, Otunba Nathaniel T. Dosumu, said the group, which is a self-sponsor, said the reception would hold at the Abuja Continental Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel).

He said the reception is scheduled to celebrate the success recorded by the duo at the presidential election, adding that with the event, democracy is being celebrated.

The reception, which scheduled to hold between 2pm to 6 pm, according to its organizers, would have in attendance serving and governors-elect; senators-elect, House of Representatives members-elect, and other prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) members in attendance.
