A mentally challenged man was seen enjoying a ritual sacrifice that was placed over night at a polling unit to allegedly scare voters from participating in the state governorship and state assembly elections.
The Nigeria governorship and state Assembly election ended today which is Saturday march 18th during the evening a mad man was seen eating sacrifice that was kept in the road.
The mad man was seen sitting down on the road eating the sacrifice that presented by unknown people.
