Also, lamenting, beans seller in Kaduna Central market,

Justina Dauda a trader in the Kaduna Central market said she accepted a transfer since money is so scarce, thinking that money would enter her account but it turned out to be a fake alert.

One roadside tomato seller at the Airforce road in Kaduna rained curses on a woman who came to her on Sunday evening, demanding a rubber of beans.

She narrated that “the woman came begging that she wanted 10 mudus of beans and that due to scarcity of money, she would transfer to my account which I obliged. But no money has entered my account.

She vowed never to accept cash transfers for her petty business.

Although long queues exist in the banks and all ATMs across the state, the banks insisted they would only pay when they get a supply of new notes from the Central Bank of Nigeria.
