The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Appeals Committee has called on aggrieved candidates who participated at the just concluded NBA National Officers elections to file their complaints within 7 days.

In a statement titled: GUIDELINES FOR HEARING AND DETERMINING COMPLAINT(S) FROM CANDIDATES IN The 2022 NBA NATIONAL ELECTIONS and signed by the Chairman of the committee, Mr. Kalu Agbai, SAN, the committee detailed the procedure to for such complaints noting that while the petitioner has 7 days, from the publication of the statement to file any petition, the respondent must reply within 5 days.
