NBA Abuja Branch visits Ex IGP and New PSC Chairman, Solomon Arase Esq, Agree on Collaboration
NBA Abuja branch Executive Officers led by its Chairman Afam O. Okeke, Esq paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman, Police Service Commission Abuja in the person of Dr. Solomon Ehigiator Arase, CFR, NPM, fdc, FCIArb (IGP Rtd) to discuss possible collaboration and partnership between the NBA and PSC.
Mr Okeke, Congratulated Dr Solomon E. Arase on his appointment as PSC Chairman, as well as appreciated him for being the Keynote Speaker of the NBA Abuja 2022 Law Week Programme. He also praised him for the good legacies he left as the IGP.
The NBA Leader assured Mr Arase of the support of NBA Abuja and expressed confidence in his ability to deliver on his mandate as PSC Chairman.

The PSC Chairman who is a registered member of NBA Abuja branch appreciated the Branch officers for the visit and suggested collaboration in areas of training of its officers especially for capacity building, upgrade of the status of policemen called to the bar,etc.
He further encouraged the Branch officers to advise lawyers to stop writing petitions criminalizing civil cases.
In conclusion, the Branch and PSC agreed to work together in the interest of the society.
