NBA Abuja has a new Exco member; as Emeka Silas Agbara Esq emerges the new Provost of the Nigrian Bar Association, Abuja Branch
The Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch popularly known as “Unity Bar” Abuja now has a new Executive member.
The new Exco member, Mr. Emeka Silas Agbara Esq has emerged as the new Provost of the branch.
Following a vacancy after the NBA 2020 Branch Election, Mr.Agbara was nominated for the said post in the Branch Meeting of December 2020, by Mr. Johny Agim Esq via a Motion which was supported by a respected Senior, Mr. Austin J.Ottah Esq.
The members of NBA Abuja, in the December meeting attended by almost One Thousand Lawyers, unanimously adopted the motion for his Candidacy, with a resounding Voice vote.

He has been officially Presented as the Provost of the NBA Abuja, today the 5th day of February 2020, by the Chairman of the Branch, Dr.Evelyn Hauwa Shekarau Esq, during the Branch’s maiden Meeting for the year 2021.
Mr. Agbara is the Principal Partner of Bricks and Castles Legal.
This distinguished gentleman and an Energy Law/ Environmental Law enthusiast, is also the Publicity Secretary of Otu Oka-iwu Abuja, a member of the NBA Abuja Section on Business Law, the General Secretary of African Environmental Lawyers Association, statutory Secretary of Unity Lawyers Cooperative Society Ltd, the Publicity Secretary of Enugu State Lawyers Forum Abuja and a non-executive Director of Bricks and Castles Energy-Tech Ltd.
