Four Months to the Annual General Conference, AGC, The Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association have rejected the constitution of the 2017 Technical Committee on Conference Planning TCCP 2017 by the AB Mahmoud SAN Led administration without any input by the hosting branch which is Lagos Branch or even any branches of Lagos state/

In a letter to the General Secretary of the Association, Abiola Olagunju Esq, Lagos branch of the Association pointed out the appointment of members into body of benchers and as TCCP 2017 without the prior approval of NEC is unconstitutional.

The branch urged the Leadership of the NBA to stand down or rescind the appointments forthwith.

The Branch copied the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen and all NBA Branches Chairmen and Secretaries.
