NBA National Publicity Secretary Candidate, Bridget Ijeoma Edokwe Esq, hails Eastern Bar Forum, EBF, Leadership for planning Thought-Provoking summit at Uyo

The Governor and Chairman of Governing Council of Eastern Bar Forum, EBF, His Excellency, Aniekan Akpan, Esq,

It is with profound joy that I wish to extend my warmest congratulations to you and the governing Council of EBF as you prepare to host the upcoming Eastern Bar Forum Summit in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State from 20th June to the 22nd June 2024. It is with great pleasure that I look forward to this significant event with the thought-provoking theme of “Contemporary Challenges: Exploring Legal and Legislative Solutions to Economic Crisis and Insecurity.”

This commendable summit reflects the EBF’s commitment to addressing the critical issues faced not only by the Eastern Bar but also by the wider society in the South East and South South regions. By focusing on the current challenges pertaining to economic crisis and insecurity, you have chosen a theme that is not only timely but also of utmost importance to our nation.

I commend your dedication to exploring legal and legislative avenues that can contribute to a more prosperous and secure future. The choice of topics to be discussed at the summit demonstrates your keen understanding of the pressing issues affecting our regions and your determination to find practical solutions through legal and legislative means.

I believe that this gathering of legal minds, policymakers, and other stakeholders will foster fruitful conversations and collaborations that can bring about meaningful change. The collective insights and expertise that will be shared during the summit will undoubtedly contribute to shaping policies, laws, and strategies aimed at tackling the economic crisis and insecurity prevalent in our society.

Once again, I extend our heartfelt congratulations to you and your governing council, the organizing committee, and all the members of the EBF for their dedication and hard work in bringing this summit to fruition.

Long live the EBF!

Long live the NBA!

Long live Nigeria!
