NBA President Constitutes 3-Member Caretaker Committee to Conduct NBA Orlu Elections
Whereas the NBA Branch Appeal Committee (South East), directed that the Electoral Committee of NBA Orlu Branch be disbanded, and that the NBA President constitute a Caretaker Committee vested with the Mandate to address the outstanding issues and conduct the Branch elections in accordance with the provisions of the NBA Uniform Bye Laws for Branches.
I hereby disband the NBA Orlu Electoral Committee as directed by the Appeal Committee and hereby constitute a Caretaker Committee for the Branch as follows:

The caretaker committee shall within three months administer the affairs of the Branch and fix a date for the holding of an Annual General Meeting where the officers of the Branch shall be elected.
The Caretaker Committee shall immediately assume responsibilities as stated above.
