NBA Stamp and Seal forms: Download and Procedures for submission
PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 10, Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioner 2007, the Nigerian Bar Association is introducing new stamps for Lawyers as approved by the NBA NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (NEC) meeting held on 14th November, 2014 at Uyo, Akwa Ibom State:
Lawyers would be required to affix their STAMP on every legal document prepared and/or endorsed in accordance with law. The use of the stamps shall become mandatory from the 1st Day of April, 2015.
Application forms for the Stamp can be downloaded from the NBA website (www.nigerianbar.org.ng).

The completed forms must be endorsed by the Chairman of the NBA Branch (125) to which the Lawyer belongs.

Please note that, a lawyer’s enrolment number as verified and captured in the computerized database on the NBA is a pre-requisite for the issuance of Stamp.
The Stamps would be delivered via the Nigerian Bar Association Branches and Access Bank Branches nationwide as soon as your application is completed.

NOTICE OF REDUCTION ON NUMBER OF NBA STAMPS TO BE PRODUCED IN 2017
Please be informed that the company producing the stamps on behalf of NBA can no longer continue production at the cost of N4, 000:00 (Four Thousand Naira Only) for Ninety-six (96) units of stamps of four (4) sheets due to current economic realities.
In the light of the foregoing, the Nigerian Bar Association in order to ensure seamless production of stamps for our members has adopted the under- listed options for the production of stamps in 2017-2018:
·Option I- Pack of 72 Stamps (3 Sheets) N 4,000:00
·Option II- Pack of 24 Stamps (1 Sheet) N1, 500:00
You are hereby enjoined to take any of the options stated above.
