About The Book: “International Arbitration & ADR And The Rule of Law”

The numerous and laudable contemporary developments in the field of International Arbitration And Mediation mean that a new book which brings all these together is needed for the use of Judges, Arbitrators, ADR Practitioners, Academics, Post-Graduate Students in Arbitration and Mediation, and the Business Community. This necessitated convening global and leading authorities in this field from various legal traditions: the Common-Law, Anglo-American; Civil Law; Roman-Dutch, Sharia & Mixed Legal Systems, to share their rich and extensive experiences which are all contained in this book. This all-star book is a well-brought-together compilation of knowledge and experience from high-flying and skilled Arbitration & ADR Practitioners with strong & intimidating academic & professional qualifications. The topical areas include but not limited to:

  • Third-Party Funding In Arbitration.
  • Effect Of Fraud And Bribery On The Enforcement Of Arbitration Agreements.
  • Arbitration In The Developing World.
