In line with the FIDA goal of Innovative and impactful organization with the objective to strengthen the technical capacity of members for quality legal service delivery, FIDA Warri Branch conducted a one day capacity building training workshop for members. The training was well attended by FIDANs from the various zones.
The Chairperson Ogechi Jessica Megbele in her opening remarks welcomed members to the first capacity building training organized by the branch.

Hon Justice T. O Uloho spoke on “Organizational Effectiveness: The Role of FIDA in the society”.
Hon Justice R. Harriman discussed “Mediation, Advocacy and Counselling: The Model Arsenals of the 21st Century Lawyer”.
YH L.O. Oki-Omezi (Past Chairperson, FIDA Delta) discussed the Ethics of FIDA; Roles of Engagement and Standard”.
It was indeed interactive, expository, insightful and thought provoking. Certificates of participation were awarded to fifty (50) members who participated in the training.
The Chairperson Planning Committee Aruoriwo Okpobor- Fuoye in her vote of thanks appreciated the facilitators and members for the success of the training.
