All over the world, Litigation is the most recognized form of dispute resolution. However, it is known to be formal and inflexible. Navigating cases from the court of first instance up to the Supreme Court can be exhausting. In some instances, cases are ordered back for retrial.

This greatly affects the willingness of parties to want to resolve their disputes using Litigation. Another factor that discourages disputing parties is that litigation takes a financial, emotional and sometimes social toll on the parties which are eager to put an end to it.

This training will bring to the fore, the benefits of resolving disputes out of court, identifying common pitfalls in an out-of-court settlement and providing participants with the requisite tools to resolve conflicts out of court.
