An official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been caught on camera demanding money from people that come for their PVC before handing out their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs).

The incident occurred at Emene primary school in the Enugu East local government area of Enugu State.

It was gathered that the PVCs were allegedly hijacked by the woman who claimed they are at the local government headquarters.
