National Coordinator of All-Inclusive Movement for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Hon. Cesnabmihilo Dorothy Nuhu-Aken’ova, has said the Gbagyi ethnic nationalities were fully in support of the planned inauguration of the President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29th.

The National Coordinator pledged the support of the ethnic nationalities during Gbagyi Day at Unity Fountain, venue of the Tinubu Hangout, organised by the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) in Abuja

Dorothy Nuhu said: “On behalf of the peace loving and hospitable Gbagyi people of Nigeria and the diaspora, and the Gbagyi indigenes and most especially, residents of the Federal Capital Territory, I congratulate our Most Highly Esteemed President Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his amiable Vice, Kashim Shettima for winning the 2023 presidential election clean and fair.

“We convened this Gbagyi Day to counter the narrative and inequivocally dissociate ourselves from some sore loosers who have taken to the courts claiming to represent the residents of the FCT in a suit to halt the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.’ She said

Dorothy Nuhu said the Gbagyis, who are a significant population co-hosting the FCT and also constitute a significant residential population within the FCT, have come to openly express our total solidarity to the President Elect and the incoming administration.

She further told the Gbagyi indigenes and residents of the FCT, members and friends of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, “we need to position ourselves strategically for partnership with the incoming President Elect and his administration.

“We are also here to counter the narrative and unequivocally dissociate ourselves from some sore losers who have taken to the courts claiming to represent the residents of the FCT in a suit to halt the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”
