It’s with great joy that I congratulate the Executive Committee and the entire Membership of NBA Dutse Branch on the commissioning of its new Branch Secretariat. I commend the leadership of the branch for this giant stride and I urge them most respectful to take advantage of the newly constructed and commissioned Secretariat in promoting the rule of law, protection of fundamental rights of the citizens, good governance and democracy.

I also appeal to the Branch to have a consistent culture of maintaining the edifice by so doing the Secretariat with last for ages to come.
